This policy explains what data AI Notely ("we", "the service") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected].
To transcribe and summarise your content, we send it to third-party AI providers — currently Google (Gemini) and OpenAI — over encrypted connections. They process the content in order to return a result to you. Processing is limited to delivering the feature you requested.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run AI Notely — AI processing providers, our payment provider (Paddle), and our hosting infrastructure. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
We keep your notes and account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a note it is removed from your account; if you delete your account, your content is removed from our production systems. Residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being overwritten.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
To exercise any of these, contact [email protected].
We use cookies and similar local storage strictly to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
AI Notely is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
